Cody and Cooper founded Apex Outdoors with a shared vision of transforming outdoor spaces into stunning, functional environments.

With Cody’s extensive experience working in the landscape design and build industry as a landscape architect and project manager since 2016, paired with Cooper’s background in construction operations, they have combined their strengths to ensure that they deliver residential and commercial projects that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also efficiently executed.

Together, they bring a unique blend of artistry and practicality to every endeavor, ensuring that Apex Outdoors stands out in the industry.

Cody Eades

President, Apex Outdoors

Cody Eades is a distinguished landscape architect and the President of Apex Outdoors.

He has also designed and implemented numerous high-end residential projects, incorporating intricate design elements, irrigation systems, landscape plans, hardscape implementations, and lighting solutions.

Cody has extensive experience in commercial projects, including successfully designing and overseeing more than 70 commercial entrances, entrance monuments and commercial common area spaces. He also assisted with the implementation of the Africa savanna habitat at Zoo Atlanta.

Cody has received four prestigious awards from the American Society of Landscape Architecture, including a Merit Award for Excellence in the Study of Landscape Architecture. He graduated from Mississippi State University with degrees in both Landscape Architecture and Landscape Contracting and Management and was recognized as the Best Senior Student in Planning and Design by the faculty of the MSU School of Landscape Architecture.

Cody is creative, collaborative, and works closely with clients to capture the details that will make each space unique. He is dedicated to maximizing the natural beauty and functionality of each property to reflect clients’ desires and enhance the landscape’s characteristics.

Cooper Eades

Vice President, Apex Outdoors

Cooper Eades is the Chief Operating Officer at Apex Outdoors. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Communications and a minor in Business.

Cooper has a strong understanding of the landscape design-build industry through personal experience working alongside general contractors, grading contractors, landscape contractors, and other construction professionals.

Cooper ensures that client needs and concerns are addressed promptly throughout every project. His meticulous attention to detail guarantees that every project is managed with care, keeping clients informed and satisfied throughout the process.
